Hummingbird

Ethereally perfumed, weightless density.

We picked this coolest of our vineyard sites on the western edge of the Columbia Gorge high above the Columbia River in early September to capture the characteristics reminiscent of the energy, agility and seemingly effortless movements of the wine’s namesake.

Composition: 100% Chardonnay

Production: 557 bottles

Recommendations for optimal use: enjoy, in a Riesling-style glass, as a racy aperitif and/or  (as a general direction) with food ranging from oysters, other shellfish and conservas; summer salads; a selection of fine cheeses, bread, etc.
