Inspired by the beauty and potential of Columbia Gorge and a lifelong infatuation with champagne, Matthias Pippig of Santa Barbara’s iconic Sanguis and Andrew Riechers of Oregon’s acclaimed Audeant have teamed up to create sparkling wines that capture the area’s Alpine effervescence.

We work closely with decades-old dry farmed vineyards planted high above the Columbia in deep volcanic soils that hold the annual rainfall optimally, where wind and elevation combine to a climate ideally suited to grow pristine raw material.

Combining traditional champagne methods with the freedom and creativity of New World winemaking enables us to produce elegantly perfumed, vibrantly effervescent wines that capture the express and beauty of this unique terroir.
